What if I need to cancel my order before I receive it?
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you can contact us to cancel with no charge.
If you cancelled after 24 hours, there might be charge depending on the processure. If we finished cutting only, you pay fabric only, if we are half done, you might need to pay full dress cost as we can not stop making. But least you can get the shipping cost back.
To return your merchandise
Returns must be in their original condition and packaging Returns with wear, stains, missing tags or packaging will not be refunded. A copy of your order must be included in the return (included in your original packaging).
Mail the merchandise via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL which can provide online tracking to avoid package loss. When we receive it, we will send you an email with your refund information.
Who’s responsible for return shipping?
Online merchandise must be returned via mail. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages, so please use reliable shipper who can provide us with online tracking. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
What if i want to exchange to other design after i receive my dress?
We will offer you discount price for exchange as we want you to be happy, but there might be reasonable charge as there is restock fee for the previous dress.
